Merkur has provided two experienced HSE Manager to support Hitachi on the TPC Offshore Wind Power Project “Changhua Offshore Wind Farm Phase-1”. With our support they have been able to reduce the number of incidents significantly due to improvements on subcontractor selection and management, management of changes, procedures and work conditions.
